Pressure, positioning, techniques, and therapeutic tools are adjusted throughout your appointment based on your comfort and goals.Appointments are intentionally spaced to allow time to arrive, settle in, and transition out of your session without feeling rushed.Your comfort and consent always come first. You're encouraged to communicate about pressure, positioning, temperature, or anything else that would make your session feel better.
